    I'm all out of action to be honest. Taking notice is all I've got in me after a hectic week.

    But it's an excellent quote and one I should make a point of following!

    It is true ...........however, I am all out of action too. Damned cancer. I am in observation mode, learning to let others do for me instead of always doing for everyone else. I also need to be more of a 'be' than a 'do'.
