Life is a roller coaster

I rang my Experienced Coach this morning. She suggested that we meet face to face somewhere half way the first time we talk properly.

It seemed logical to do this on the way home from hols on Saturday.

I was a little apprehensive about making the call, but she was wonderful to chat to. She was warm and welcoming and enthusiastic and I can’t wait to meet her.

Life is just a roller-coaster at the moment.
